Researchers at Linköping University and the KTH Royal Institute of Technology have engineered the world’s first wooden electrical transistor achieving a major breakthrough in the industry in terms of efficiency and sustainability.
This is according to a press release by the institutions published on Thursday.
“We’ve come up with an unprecedented principle. Yes, the wood transistor is slow and bulky, but it does work, and has huge development potential,” said Isak Engquist, senior associate professor at the Laboratory for Organic Electronics at Linköping University.
This isn’t the first time scientists have attempted to produce wooden transistors but previous trials resulted in versions that could regulate ion transport only. Making matters worse was the fact that when the ions ran out, the transistor stopped functioning.
The new transistor, on the other hand, can function continuously and regulate electricity flow without deteriorating. This is partially due to the balsa wood used to create the new device, as the technology involved requires a grainless wood that is evenly structured throughout.

Ahead of iOS 17 being announced at WWDC in June, rumors have suggested Apple is planning changes to the Wallet app, Health app, and the wallpaper picker interface. A new set of concepts from a source who claims to have seen iOS 17 themselves attempts to visualize what these app redesigns look like…
New app designs reportedly coming in iOS 17
Right off the bat, we’d treat this rumor with skepticism. The source of the leak is @analyst941 on Twitter, who does not have an established long-term track record of accurate iOS leaks. They did, however, correctly predict certain details of the iPhone 14 Pro’s Dynamic Island ahead of its release.
The source claims to have seen various aspects of iOS 17 themselves, including the new Wallet app, the new Health app, and the revamped interface for customizing your iPhone’s wallpaper. With that knowledge, the source created a set of concepts visualizing what these new designs will look like.
The new Wallet app is said to feature an updated interface that offers search functionality and separated tabs for your cards and your other passes, such as airline boarding passes. iOS 17 will also reportedly add a bottom navigation bar to the Wallet app, with dedicated tabs for “Cash,” “Keys, “IDs,” and “Orders.”
Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has previously reported on Apple’s plans to overhaul the Wallet app with a new design and new features in iOS 17.
The new Health app will reportedly feature a revamped interface for the “Favorites” tab of the app. The new design will allegedly use smaller square-shaped tiles, allowing you to see additional metrics without having to scroll down the app.
Finally, Apple is also reportedly planning to overhaul the process of changing and customizing your iPhone’s wallpaper. The source says:
All new Grid-view displays 9+ wallpapers at once.
Delete wallpapers quickly within the grid view.
Rearrange the order of wallpapers in a grid view.
Share or duplicate wallpapers by swiping up in single-view.
The @analyst941 source shared these concepts on Twitter. Again, we’d treat the rumor with skepticism for now. Apple will officially unveil iOS 17 at WWDC in June, alongside updates to watchOS, iPadOS, macOS, and tvOS.

Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer has reportedly reassured staff following the news of the block to the Microsoft/Activision Blizzard deal in the UK.
On Wednesday, it was confirmed that the UK government's Competition and Markets Authority had decided to block Xbox's acquisition of Activision Blizzard, due to cloud gaming concerns. The $69 billion deal has been in the works for months, but the CMA said that the purchase "would alter the future of the fast-growing cloud gaming market, leading to reduced innovation and less choice for UK gamers over the years to come."

According to Bloomberg and its sources, Spencer reportedly acknowledged the CMA's decision in a meeting for division employees, saying it will slow the approval process but that Microsoft's desire to pursue the deal hasn't wavered.
The Xbox chief went on to say that the deal was meant to speed up the company's gaming plans. He explained that it doesn't represent the entirety of the planned strategy, which would apparently move ahead even without Activision, the source who was present in the meeting added.
Additionally, Spencer told those in the meeting that Microsoft President Brad Smith was drafting a response to the CMA at 2 AM Seattle time on Wednesday, while Chief Financial Officer Amy Hood, who oversees acquisitions, held a senior leadership meeting the same day.
The CMA also noted in its deliberation that Xbox making Activision Blizzard games like Call of Duty exclusive to its consoles didn't make any business sense and that Microsoft had failed to address the concerns of cloud gaming. The Microsoft President responded to the block on Wednesday, saying, "We're especially disappointed that after lengthy deliberations, this decision appears to reflect a flawed understanding of this market and the way the relevant cloud technology actually works." Smith added that the company "remains fully committed" to the acquisition and will appeal the decision.

Activision Blizzard has said it’s expecting an “accelerated” appeals process after the company’s merger with Microsoft was blocked by the UK competition regulator.
On Wednesday, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) said it was preventing the $69 billion deal due to concerns about its impact on the future of the cloud gaming market.
Microsoft and Activision quickly confirmed their intention to appeal the CMA’s decision, which Kotick slammed as “irrational” and not based in fact during an interview with CNBC.
Modern Warfare II + Warzone 2.0 - PlayStation Advantage Trailer
“When you look at the facts and you look at what the opportunities are for the UK, this was a transaction that was only going to enhance opportunities for competition, for our players, for employees, and it was just a flawed ruling in every respect,” he claimed. “And what it demonstrated to us is that these regulators, they don’t really understand our business.”
He added: “It was so flawed in every way that it is actually going to create a lessening of competition, which is the opposite of what their mission is, and so we think the appeals tribunal will see that and rule in our favour.”
The case is set to be reviewed by the UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal. According to its website, it aims to complete “straightforward” cases in less than nine months, but Kotick said Activision and Microsoft are anticipating the case to be fast-tracked.
“I think we and Microsoft and our barristers, who are exceptionally experienced at judicial review, think that there’s a way to accelerate the process, and that the conclusions were so flawed, that we should be able to get an accelerated result.”
Whether or not the case can be wrapped up before the current merger agreement expires on July 18 — after which Activision Blizzard could walk away with a $3 billion termination fee — remains to be seen.
“I can’t tell you what the timing will be yet, because we haven’t filed our appeals briefing, but we’ll get a lot more detail over the course of the next week and really better understand what the timing will be,” Kotick said.
Piers Harding-Rolls, research director of games at Ampere Analysis, told VGC this week: “Historically, a majority of CMA appeals have been unsuccessful but there is still a chance this can be overturned. According to the Competition Appeal Tribunal site, straightforward cases are aimed to be dealt with within nine months but often take at least a few months.
“If the appeal is successful it is then returned to the CMA to review which again will take some time. So, we could be looking towards the end of the year if everything goes in favour of Microsoft and Activision to close the deal.”
Michael Pachter, the managing director of equity research at Wedbush Securities, said he believes Microsoft can win the case on appeal.
“While successfully appealing a CMA decision is a difficult task for several reasons, we think the CMA is on the wrong side of the law on this ruling, and believe its concerns can be addressed,” he said.
“Ultimately, the ruling hinges on the CMA’s belief that Microsoft will have pricing power due to its market dominance in cloud gaming. We think that the CMA’s belief is correct, and Microsoft erred in not addressing this issue before the CMA’s ruling.
“However, we firmly believe that Microsoft is willing to concede maintaining pricing at $15 per month plus inflation, and we believe the CMA will reverse its position if Microsoft makes that offer.”

In a new presentation, Ayaneo has confirmed that its upcoming Ayaneo 2S Steam Deck-like handheld consoled will be powered by an AMD chip identical to the one in the ASUS Rog Ally, The Verge has reported. The AMD Ryzen 7000 chip is likely the Ryzen 7 7840U, a chip that's supposed to be nigh on the same as the AMD Z1 Extreme found in the Ally. The Ayaneo 2S will also come with a three-pipe cooler and other improvements.
The Ayaneo 2S looks identical to the Ayaneo 2 we reviewed earlier this year, but has improvements under the hood that address some our key complaints. Namely, the new 7000 series processor with Radeon 780M graphics offers "substantial performance gains in the low TDP 8-15W gold range" compared to the 6800 in the current model.
That could mean improvements in battery life, which we called "mediocre" in the Ayaneo 2. Aya has also promised slightly reduced temperatures with the Ryzen 7000 processor as well. On top of the new chip, Aya says the console will have an improved fingerprint sensor, a more colorful screen, smoother triggers and a case that's easier to open.
Along with the new Ayaneo 2S, the company is also promising upgrades to existing handhelds. The Ayaneo Air will get a free speaker upgrade, and Ayaneo 2 and Ayaneo Geek buyers will receive a free cooling module that can lower temperatures by 12 degrees.
The company may offer Ayaneo 2 buyers a future motherboard upgrade as well, and Ayaneo Air Plus buyers will automatically be updated from the 6800U to the 7000 series chip if they haven't received it yet. Offsetting that good news a bit is that Aya indicated it will end its free lifetime warranty plan for the original Ayaneo Founder’s Edition and offer a voucher for a free Ayaneo 2021 instead.
The company also showed off the new Ayaneo Geek 1S, effectively a more basic Ayaneo 2 with a lower-resolution 800p screen, but packing the same Ryzen 7000 processor. The Ayaneo 2S and Geek 1s will arrive to Indiegogo at the end of April and open for orders in mid-May, with shipping set for the end of June. The free cooling and speaker upgrades also arrive in mid-May. Launch of the Ayaneo Slide we saw earlier this year is still unknown, and the Android-based Ayaneo Pocket Air will go into production in July.

Speaking to the BBC, Smith didn't hold back with his thoughts, calling it "probably the darkest day in our four decades in Britain", and stating that he felt it would "discourage innovation and investment in the United Kingdom".
"The strong message the CMA has sent is not just to surprise everyone who fully expected this acquisition to be approved, but to send a message that I think will discourage innovation and investment in the United Kingdom."
"This decision, I have to say, is probably the darkest day in our four decades in Britain. It does more to shake our confidence in the future of the opportunity to grow a technology business in Britain, than we've ever confronted before."
In response, CMA executive Sarah Cardell told the BBC that she didn't agree with Smith's comments, claiming that the decision "shows how important it is to support competition in the UK and that the UK is absolutely open for business".

If the rumors from the last few months are to be believed, the Google Pixel 7a is launching during Google I/O 2023 on May 10th. But as always, leaks have already spilled most of the beans, and the latest info dump in line gives us a glimpse at all of the phone’s specs. 91mobiles and noted leaker Yogesh Brar have teamed up to reveal new battery and display details, along with further hardware specifications.
The leaker and 91mobiles list the Pixel 7a’s spec in detail. We already knew that the Pixel 7a is supposed to come with the Tensor G2, Google’s custom silicone that’s also in the Google Pixel 7 and 7 Pro. According to Brar, this is accompanied by 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which corroborates earlier leaks. It was also known that the Pixel 7a would have a 90Hz refresh rate on its screen, but we now have the exact measurements: It’s supposed to be a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED panel.
On the camera front, we’re looking at a 64MP camera with OIS and a 12MP ultrawide. This would represent a big upgrade over the current 12MP camera in the Pixel 6a, which was still good but admittedly getting long in the tooth. In addition, we should also be getting face unlock on the Pixel 7a, a feature that was previously reserved for the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro — though this was revealed earlier, too.
Another nice feature that’s trickling down from the flagship phones is wireless charging, though we don’t have a hard number on just how fast this is going to be. In any case, the Pixel 7a is supposed to get a 4,400mAh battery that can be charged at up to 20W wired — a small improvement over the 18W the Pixel 6a supports.
The leak further corroborates the pricing we’ve seen earlier. The Pixel 7a is getting a price bump to $500, making it $50 more than its predecessor. While this isn’t much on paper, this blurs the line to the Pixel 7 further, which is routinely available at discounts that effectively make it cost just a little more than the new Pixel 7a.
Yogesh Brar and 91mobiles’s claims are further corroborated by MySmartPrice, which posted leaked marketing materials on its website. These highlight some of the Pixel 7a’s new capabilities, like wireless charging, Tensor G2, the 64MP primary camera, and more.
With these Pixel 7a leaks out of the way, there are only a few things left for Google to reveal during Google I/O when it comes to its budget offering. As always, the leaks we’ve seen so far don’t reveal much about any new software tricks that the phone might have up its sleeve (save for face unlock). It’s going to be interesting to see which other Pixel 7 features, like Photo Unblur, are going to make it into the Pixel 7a. Who knows, maybe Google will even introduce some new, still unheard of features with this phone release.
In the meantime, you might be interested in picking up the regular Pixel 7 at a discount — right down to the $500 that the Pixel 7a is supposed to launch at.
Google did not reinvent the wheel with the Pixel 7, but there was no need to. With improved cameras, the next-gen Tensor G2 chipset, and Google's wonderfully feature-filled software, the Pixel 7 earns its price tag again this year.
As you have probably seen by now, the first impressions of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom have officially gone live. Nintendo's already shown a lot of select footage from the game, but one thing that hasn't been confirmed just yet is the sequel's performance and resolution.
Fortunately, it seems previews have been able to get an idea of how the new entry runs thanks to directly captured footage. As highlighted by Nintendo World Report, this build of Tears of the Kingdom ran at 30fps with a resolution of 1600 x 900 (900p) in docked mode. It was also mentioned how the game was "consistently" running at this frame rate in most cases, but there were drops during more heated moments.
In our hands on here on Nintendo Life, our senior video producer Alex Olney had similar feedback - noting how performance was mostly "solid" but there were moments when it took a hit:
Alex: "Performance for the most part is rather solid, but we did notice some instances when using the Ultrahand where the frame rate took a noticeable hit. It's not like it broke the game or ruined our enjoyment at all, but it would be nice to see such wrinkles ironed out."
And in case you're wondering, the original game also ran at 30fps (at least after a number of updates that improved certain sections of the game), and maintained the same resolution as the new game in docked mode.
The resolution of handheld mode in Tears of the Kingdom is expected to be the same as Breath of the Wild - running at a target frame rate of 30fps with a dynamic resolution of 720p, but this hasn't been confirmed at this stage.
Keep in mind, this is all based on a preview, so the game's performance and resolution may not necessarily reflect the final version. The game's performance could also potentially be improved over time with updates. Be on the lookout for more details about the game's performance and resolution when it is released to the public on 12th May.

Microsoft’s Chromium-based Edge browser is an excellent option for many reasons, but the privacy-conscious might be a little frustrated with a recent discovery. Currently, Microsoft Edge is leaking all of the websites you visit to Bing, but you can turn it off.
This week a Reddit user spotted that Microsoft’s Edge browser has been sending all visited URLs to “bingapis.com.” When users visit a URL on their browser, that data is sent to Bing for nearly all URLs. While there appears to be nothing malicious going on here, the issue has privacy implications as there’s no disclosure this is happening and it is enabled by default.
Microsoft Edge recently rolled out a new “follow” feature for helping users to keep track of creators, whether that’s a website like 9to5Google, a YouTube channel, or someone on social media, such as Reddit. As a part of that feature, Edge sends that URL to the Bing API, but for reasons unclear. The engineer, Rafael Rivera, explains that the reason the feature is sending all URLs you visit to Bing is because it is not working correctly, with The Verge adding that it is “poorly implemented.”
In a statement, Microsoft confirmed that it is aware of these reports and that the company will take “appropriate action to address any issues,” but offered no explanation of why this is happening.
Luckily, in the meantime, turning off the “follow” feature stops this action. This can be done through Settings > Privacy, Search, and Services > Services and clicking the toggle on “Show suggestions to follow creators in Microsoft Edge.”
With the foldable market heating up, Samsung is reportedly planning to bring the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 to the public a bit early, with a reported release date towards the end of July.
SamMobile reports that Samsung is preparing an Unpacked event for “the final week” or July 2023, likely between July 25 and July 27. All three dates would roughly line up with Samsung’s usual launch event days, but what’s notable here is this is coming well ahead of schedule.
Last year, Samsung hosted a launch event for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4 on August 10, over two weeks after this proposed date for the 2023 event. The two phones later started shipping by the end of the month.

In a few months, Samsung will unveil new foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5. Quite a few details about the two devices have leaked online in the last few months, and as we move closer to their official launch, we can expect more and more info to be revealed until there’s not much mystery left.
To kick this week off, we’re getting information on the charging speeds of the Z Fold 5 and the Z Flip 5, and they won’t surprise anyone. Both phones have passed through the CCC (China Compulsory Certificate) certification process (via MyFixGuide), where they’re listed with support for 25W charging with Samsung’s standard 25W charger that carries model number EP-TA800.
No fancy charging speeds to see here
25W charging might seem outdated when compared to the charging speeds offered by Chinese manufacturers (for example, the recently announced Vivo X Fold 2 supports 100W wired charging, and even its wireless charging speed is double that of the wired charging speed of Samsung’s foldables), but playing the numbers game is not Samsung’s forte and yet the Korean giant continues to attract customers, so it’s not likely to change any time soon.
And, based on what we know right now, it doesn’t seem like the Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 will get a bump in battery capacity either. The Z Flip 5 might even have a slightly smaller battery, although that can’t be confirmed at the moment. But, in any case, battery life shouldn’t be an issue thanks to the ‘For Galaxy’ Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, which proved to be a game-changer on the Galaxy S23 series, that will power the two phones.
Apple in iPadOS 17 will drop support for the first-generation 9.7-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro as well as the fifth-generation iPad, according to French tech website iPhoneSoft.
This is the second time we have heard claims regarding iPad device compatibility for the next operating system Apple is developing. Early last month, a source with a proven track record for upcoming software updates said the same three models will not be supported.
iPhoneSoft's information is said to come from an internal Apple source. If accurate, that means the following devices will be compatible with iPadOS 17 when it's released in the fall.
iPad Pro (2017 and later)
iPad Air (third generation and later)
iPad (sixth generation and later)
iPad mini (fifth generation and later)
It's worth noting that just because an iPad makes Apple's compatibility list doesn't necessarily mean it will fully support everything the software has to offer. For example, iOS 15 is compatible with all devices that can run iOS 14, but some features are not available on older iPhones.
As for which iPhones will run iOS 17, we've heard conflicting reports. The same source that first revealed which iPad models would be dropped from iPadOS 17 also claimed that iOS 17 will drop support for the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, and iPhone X.
However, this was immediately disputed by another leaker who has shared accurate information in the past. According to a post on the MacRumors forum by the anonymous tipster, all iPhones that support iOS 16 will support iOS 17, including all devices powered by A11 chipsets (i.e. the iPhone X and iPhone 8/8 Plus).
Last year, iOS 16 and iPadOS 16 dropped support for quite a few devices, including the iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, original iPhone SE, final iPod touch, second-generation iPad Air, and fourth-generation iPad mini.
A man walks past a logo of Alphabet's Google in Zurich, Switzerland July 1, 2020. The company said on Friday it will update Bard, its generative artificial intelligence chatbot, to help people write code to develop software. (Arnd Wiegmann, Reuters)
Estimated read time: Less than a minute
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. — Alphabet Inc.'s Google said on Friday it will update Bard, its generative artificial intelligence chatbot, to help people write code to develop software, as the tech giant plays catch-up in a fast-moving race on AI technology.
Last month, the company started the public release of Bard to gain ground on Microsoft Corp.
The release of ChatGPT, a chatbot from the Microsoft-backed startup OpenAI, last year caused a sprint in the technology sector to put AI into more users' hands.
Google describes Bard as an experiment allowing collaboration with generative AI, technology that relies on past data to create rather than identify content.
Bard will be able to code in 20 programming languages including Java, C++ and Python, and can also help debug and explain code to users, Google said on Friday.
The company said Bard can also optimize code to make it faster or more efficient with simple prompts such as "Could you make that code faster?".
Currently, Bard can be accessed by a small set of users who can chat with the bot and ask questions instead of running Google's traditional search tool.
With just two and a half weeks to go until its formal announcement, the Google Pixel Fold has fully leaked, with a complete look at its specifications and, sadly, some rather large display bezels.
The first is from Jon Prosser, who confirmed the $1799 price tag and May 30 availability, but added that this configuration includes 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage and will come in Chalk and Obsidian colors. A 512 GB configuration will cost $1919 and will only be made available in Obsidian, he said. And that Pixel Watch perk? It’s only for those who preorder the device from Google.
Prosser also provided more information about the device’s specifications, which include 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, like the Pixel 7 Pro, a 5.8-inch Full HD+ OLED outer display with a resolution of 2092 × 1080 (408 ppi), and a 7.6-inch internal OLED folding display with a 6:5 aspect ratio and a resolution of 2208 × 1840 (380 ppi). Both displays run at 120 Hz and the folding display is protected by plastic.
From a camera perspective, the Pixel Fold will sit somewhere between the Pixel 7 Pro and the Pixel 7 in that it will feature a triple lens rear setup but in a slightly less powerful configuration: there’s a 48 MP main sensor with an f/1.7 aperture, a 10.8 MP telephoto lens with an f/3.05 aperture, 5x optical zoom, and up to 20x digital zoom, and a 10.8 MP ultrawide lens with an f/2.2 aperture and 121.1-degree field of view. There’s also a 9.5 MP front-facing selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture and fixed focus and an 8 MP inner selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture and fixed focus.
Where are all the Delvers' Trinkets in Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores? What are the locations of all the Delvers' Trinkets, and how do you find them? Delvers' Trinkets are a type of Collectable in Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores, special artefacts that lead to a valuable treasure. You need to find them all and complete the Errand Quest The Delvers' Trove to earn the Trophy Recovered the Delvers' Trove. As part of our Horizon Forbidden West guide, we'll be outlining where to find all Delvers' Trinkets.
Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores: All Delvers' Trinkets Locations
Below, we have listed all the Delvers' Trinkets in Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores, along with where to find them. There are 7 Delvers' Trinkets in total.
Cherished Flask
Image: Push Square
This Delvers' Trinket can be found to the east of Fleet's End, nearby the above Campfire.
After reaching the Campfire, you will spot a zipline on the side of the cliff. Drop down to the water below, then go inside the cave, to the back. In the water you'll see a crate you can move with your Pullcaster.
From the opposite platform, pull the crate towards you so it's in the middle of the water. Swim out and climb the ladder on your right, then pull the crate towards you to bring it through the weeds. Swim to the wooden platform across the room, and pull the crate towards you once again.
Stand on the crate, then look up and to the left to see some volatile Firegleam. Shoot it to blow up the rock. Next, climb to the upper platform, then climb up and around the cave using the ledges. At the end of this platforming section, you'll find the Cherished Flask.
Delver's Cap
Image: Push Square
This Delvers' Trinket can be found southeast of Fleet's End, nearby a Frost Bellowback site.
Make your way to the above-pictured location. There are several Campfires nearby, but the easiest path is from the one to the east of the marker. Anyway, head towards this location. There are Bellowbacks and other machines in the area, which you can either defeat or sneak past. As you head down the main path, you'll notice a building on the right with some telltale yellow handholds.
Start climbing up the building. After ascending two grapple points, turn around and use the zip line to go across to the next building. Look up to the left to see some Blaze barrels. Shoot them with fire to blow them up, then go inside and climb up through the hole. You'll find the Delver's Cap up here on a table.
Hef the Hammer
Image: Push Square
This Delvers' Trinket is located southwest of Fleet's End, very close to the above pictured Shelter.
Travel to the Shelter. At this location, you'll see a crane on the edge of the cliff. Kick down the ladder and clamber down. There's a small cave in the side of the cliff. Go inside, and Hef the Hammer is at the back.
Lucky Porker
Image: Push Square
This Delvers' Trinket can be found on the island south of Fleet's End, near a Campfire to the east.
Upon reaching this Campfire, you'll notice a locked door in the area. Go back towards the outside and to the left you'll notice some handholds you can climb. Do this, then head over to the left. Be warned, there are Clamberjaws in this area — you may need to fend them off before you continue.
On the left will be a point you can grapple to. Do this, then on the platform, look down to the right to see a blue clamp. Use your Pullcaster on it to reveal a path. Go to the end of this path to find the Lucky Porker. A door to the left will lead you back to the Campfire.
Mighty Pint
Image: Push Square
This Delvers' Trinket is located on the island on the west side of the map. To explore this island fully, you will need to take down the Stormbird causing the bad weather, which you'll likely deal with during your search for Aerial Capture: West. Follow the link for more information.
Once the Stormbird is dealt with, go to the room on the raised ruins at the western side of the island. You can use a grapple point to reach it. Open the door, and the Mighty Pint is inside on the left.
Music Box
Image: Push Square
This Delvers' Trinket is located north of Fleet's End, very close to a Clamberjaw site.
From the nearest Campfire, make your way south to find the Clamberjaw site. Go down the path and turn left, and you'll see the entrance to a cave. Go inside, and on the left you'll find the Music Box. Be careful — an Apex Scorcher patrols this area!
Old Pot
Image: Push Square
This Delvers' Trinket is in a nook in the northeast of the map.
Beware; while the Old Pot is very easy to find, its location is right next to a Slitherfang site. Our advice would be to fly over to the area and drop down from above, which should avoid the machine. Alternatively you can sneak past it or, if you want, defeat it. Whatever the case, the Old Pot is simply sat on a table ready for collection.
The Delvers' Trove
Image: Push Square
Once you have located all the Delvers' Trinkets above, an Errand Quest called The Delvers' Trove will begin. Click the link for more information on how to complete this Quest.
That's where to find all Delvers' Trinkets in Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores. Have you got them all? Tell us in the comments section below, and check out our Horizon Forbidden West guide for lots more.
It's been well over a year since Wordle was first released to the public, in October 2021, yet the viral word game shows few signs of losing its extraordinary popularity.
Wordle was first developed during coronavirus lockdown by Josh Wardle, a New York-based software developer originally from Wales in the U.K. Each day the player has to guess a new five-letter word, in six attempts or fewer. After every guess the letters light up, and you have the right answer when they all turn green.
Speaking to Newsweek in January 2022 Wardle admitted that, despite inventing Wordle, he sometimes still struggles with the game. He said: "Well, I did create Wordle and I'm not very good at it, so there's your answer! I'm afraid I'm not really the best.
"[My partner] and I play it on the couch together each morning. She will consistently get it in three goes, which is way, way better than I can ever hope to achieve. I normally need at least four or five attempts."

Addressing Newsweek Erhan Aslan, an associate professor of applied linguistics at the University of Reading in the U.K., claimed social media played a key role in Wordle's development into a global sensation.
He commented: "Before the digital age, word puzzle games, particularly crossword puzzles, would usually appear in newspapers and magazines. People would do them while waiting for the bus or train, in the toilet, or just to kill time.
"In today's digital age, like many other things, many simple games like Wordle can be played online. I think that Wordle gains its popularity not only from its simple rules but also from its virality on social media platforms as a result of people sharing/posting their scores to demonstrate a sense of accomplishment and validation."
The answer to today's puzzle will be revealed at the end of this article, so scroll down with caution if you want to work it out for yourself.

'Wordle' #671, Answer for Friday, April 21
The answer to today's Wordle is "Kayak."
Did you get it? The pair of repeating letters may have worked as a help or a hindrance, giving you two letters if you guessed one correctly, but also reducing your chances of entering one of the right letters at all. Don't be deterred if you struggled. One of the best things about Wordle is seeing if you can improve your score over time and Newsweek will of course have another round of hints and tips tomorrow to help you crack Saturday's game.
What Does 'Kayak' Mean?
The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines "kayak" as: "A light narrow boat that has both ends tapered to a point, is propelled by a double-bladed paddle, and often has a closed top except for an opening in which the paddler sits with the legs extended straight out in front."
For example: "I'm hoping to take my kayak to the lake over the weekend."
Over the last several months, we’ve seen a handful of sealed first-generation iPhones go up for auction. In February, one such device sold for a record-setting $63,000. This was followed by another auction in April, which saw a sealed original iPhone with a “Lucky You” sticker on the packaging sell for $40,320.
As it turns out, that buyer was none other than Marques Brownlee – MKBHD.
In a new video posted today, Marques reveals that he purchased that sealed original iPhone earlier this month for that $40,320 price tag. This was actually at the very bottom end of the auction house’s threshold, which was between $40,000 and $60,000.
The video is a wonderful trip down memory lane as Marques breaks open the shrink wrap and unboxes the iPhone and its accessories, just as a buyer back in 2007 would have. In addition to the iPhone itself, you get to see the original manuals, the included 30-pin charging dock, the “iPhone” embossed cleaning cloth, and more.
Marques points out that other buyers have been scammed in the past by purchasing “sealed” original iPhones that were actually repackaged and resealed used devices. After unboxing the iPhone and doing some follow-up research, however, MKBHD believes that this one is the real deal.
As for that “Lucky You” sticker, Marques says on Twitter he got confirmation from Apple that it was “used by some Apple retail stores back in 2007, sometimes around gift purchases.” 9to5Mac also wrote about this “Lucky You” sticker back in 2021.
Check out the unboxing below to see the full thing (including the massive crate in which the box was delivered). It’s a pretty incredible video.
